Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PromptMaster collects, why, and your choices. Privacy questions: hello@intentkit.pro.

What we collect

We keep it minimal:

• Account: your email and name.
• Prompts: the prompts you submit and the improved versions we return (your history, so you can reuse them).
• Billing: subscription status and customer id. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: basic, privacy-respecting analytics events (e.g. demo used, checkout viewed). We don’t send your prompt text to analytics.

How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (access, trial reminder, receipts, cancellation), prevent abuse, and answer support. We do not sell your data or use your prompts to train AI models.

Processors we share with

• Stripe — payments & subscriptions.
• Clerk — passwordless authentication.
• Supabase — database hosting.
• OpenAI — generates the improved prompt from your input.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Upstash (QStash) — schedules the trial reminder.

Each processes data only to perform its function. When you paste an improved prompt into a third-party AI tool, that tool’s own privacy terms apply.

Retention

We keep your account and prompt history until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual prompts or your entire history anytime in the app, and request account deletion by email.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@intentkit.pro and we’ll action it. We don’t “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security & cookies

Data is encrypted in transit. We use essential cookies for authentication and a cookie to remember your selected use-case. We don’t use advertising trackers by default; if that changes, we’ll add a consent banner where required.
