These Terms govern your use of PromptMaster (the “Service”). By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them. Questions: hello@intentkit.pro.
PromptMaster turns rough requests into structured, ready-to-copy AI prompts. It transforms your input; it does not perform the downstream task and does not guarantee any specific output from third-party AI tools.
Accounts are passwordless — you sign in with a one-time email code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18.
We offer a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start it. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins at the price shown at checkout and renews monthly until you cancel. We email you 24 hours before your first charge.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply. We may change pricing with notice; changes never affect a billing period you’ve already paid for.
Cancel anytime — in two clicks from your account, via the link in any billing email (no login required), or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling is at least as easy as signing up.
If you’re not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund of that charge — no forms, no explanation required. Abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated refund-and-resubscribe) may be declined.
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or resell it, or generate content that violates the acceptable-use policies of the AI tools you paste prompts into. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its fair-use limits.
You own the prompts you enter and the improved prompts you receive. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that improved prompts will produce any particular result from third-party AI tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Governing law and dispute-resolution venue are those of the operator’s jurisdiction [to be finalized]. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
